SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The San Francisco Police Division is asking residents to be vigilant after a whole bunch of utility covers have been reported stolen throughout town over the previous two years. The “sizeable holes” the lacking covers create are tripping hazards for pedestrians, authorities warned Thursday.
