Shelter group urges adoption for a dozen deserted chihuahuas

(BCN) — Joybound Individuals & Pets (previously ARF) stated Friday it’s partnering with 11 East Bay animal shelters for the Residence for the Holidays adoption marketing campaign, an effort to lift consciousness concerning the pressing want to search out properties for deserving animals when shelters are overwhelmed and assets are stretched skinny.
