(KRON) — Police in Berkeley arrested a 41-year-old man Thursday who allegedly sexually assaulted a feminine highschool pupil. The sufferer, a pupil at Berkeley Excessive Faculty, was strolling on the sidewalk in Civic Heart Park when she was confronted by the suspect.
The suspect, police stated, inappropriately touched her.
