(KRON) — The Nice Hill Police Division stated its investigators helped United States Marshals arrest the third and closing suspect tied to a March 2024 tried armed theft in Twinbridge Circle that led to 2 deaths.

Police stated Peter Popovich, 63, of Nice Hill, died within the March 19 incident together with one suspect, Trevon Davis, 21, of San Pablo.
