Vallejo police probe 1st murder of 2025

(KRON) — The Vallejo Police Division stated officers responded to a report of a stabbing close to the intersection of Lemon and Third streets at 2:18 p.m. Friday.

Berkeley PD investigating triple stabbing that left 1 useless

Vallejo PD stated officers found a person on the location who was affected by a minimum of one stab wound. Regardless of life-saving efforts, police stated the person succumbed to his accidents at a close-by hospital.

Vallejo police confirmed this incident is the Metropolis of Vallejo’s 1st recorded murder for 2025.

Police acknowledged the sufferer’s identification is being withheld pending notification of subsequent of kin by the Solano County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Workplace.

Vallejo PD stated its Murder Unit is now dealing with the case. The motive and circumstances surrounding the stabbing are underneath investigation, stated police.
