(KRON) — The California Freeway Patrol (CHP) launched its investigation report on Friday detailing the Thanksgiving eve Tesla Cybertruck crash that killed three school college students in Piedmont. CHP stated the teenage driver was touring at a “high rate of speed” in addition to being inebriated and medicines on the time of the collision.

Tsukahara was a 2023 graduate of Piedmont Excessive Faculty and a sophomore at Savannah School of Artwork and Design.
