(KRON) — The Oakland Police Division (OPD) mentioned a three-week ceasefire investigation led to a number of arrests and the restoration of a gun that investigators imagine was utilized in a taking pictures.

Oakland police mentioned officers responded to a taking pictures on Feb. 22 at 11:30 a.m. within the 800 block of 287th Road. No arrests have been made however police have been capable of establish a suspected automobile and hyperlink a number of people presumably tied to the incident.

On March 13, OPD Ceasefire officers have been assisted by the U.S. Marshals in serving search warrants at properties in Oakland, Sacramento, and San Francisco and arresting all three suspects.

Police mentioned they positioned a firearm “matching the one used in the shooting,” in addition to an assault rifle and one other gun.

It’s not clear what fees the suspects face. Oakland police partnered with the Alameda County District Legal professional’s Workplace in its investigation.

In a publish on Fb, OPD wrote “This investigation showcases the collaborative efforts of law enforcement to address violent crime and ensure that those responsible are held accountable.”
