ORINDA, Calif. (KRON) — All lanes of westbound Freeway 24 in Orinda shut down Wednesday morning as California Freeway Patrol officers investigated a doable freeway capturing.
CHP responded at 10:27 a.m. on a report of a doable capturing, authorities advised KRON4. Officers swept the freeway for shell casings west of Camino Pablo to the Caldecott Tunnel.
The roadway was reopened shortly earlier than 11:50 a.m.

No accidents have been reported within the incident. CHP didn’t present any extra particulars within the investigation.
Motorists have been suggested to hunt different routes and count on residual delays. The Metropolis of Orinda stated surrounding floor streets could also be impacted by visitors into the early afternoon.
