Man accused of deadly capturing in SF's Tenderloin faces homicide prices

(KRON) – A Hayward man accused of strolling as much as a person and fatally capturing him level clean within the face in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District has been charged, in keeping with San Francisco District Lawyer Brooke Jenkins’ workplace. 

On Oct. 30, Michael Javius, 22, and one other man had been in a nook retailer close to Ellis and Jones streets, when 64-year-old William Edward Clark entered the shop and lined up in entrance of Javius on the counter. Clark paid for his objects and left the shop. 

In keeping with court docket information, Javius placed on a sweatshirt whereas following Clark and shot him within the face at shut vary.
