(KRON) — The individual discovered lifeless at an unlawful dumping website in Vallejo final December has been recognized. The person was recognized Wednesday by the Solano County Coroner’s Workplace (SCCO) as 58-year-old American Canyon resident James Edward Oakley II.
A Vallejo public works crew performed a cleanup on Dec. 24 at an unlawful dumping website, police mentioned. Officers mentioned they discovered Oakley II lifeless after it was later found he was crushed among the many particles crews have been cleansing up.

SCCO decided that Oakley’s explanation for demise was attributable to “blunt force injuries, likely sustained accidentally by heavy equipment,” a press launch from the Vallejo Police Division (VPD) mentioned.
On Tuesday, the Solano County District Lawyer’s Workplace decided there was “insufficient evidence” to file felony fees towards town.
