(KRON) — A person dressed up as a firefighter in an try and burglarize evacuated residences within the Malibu space was arrested on Saturday, in response to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division.
In an effort to tell the neighborhood the sheriff’s division chief Robert Luna held a press convention.
“When I was out there in the Malibu area, I saw a gentleman that looked like a firefighter, and I asked him if he was okay because he was sitting down. I didn’t realize we had him in handcuffs,” mentioned Luna. “We were turning them over to LAPD because he was dressed like a fireman, and he was not. He just got caught burglarizing a home.”

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s County chief mentioned there was one arrest within the Palisades space for curfew violation on Saturday. Luna mentioned the one who was detained resisted arrest.
In Eaton, authorities mentioned they arrested six folks, three of which have been for curfew violations and the others have been for hid firearm and narcotics-related costs.
