(KRON) — A San Jose driver suffered deadly accidents after being tossed from his automobile in a crash in Los Gatos Wednesday night, based on the California Freeway Patrol.

CHP responded at 7 p.m. to the report of a automobile crash within the space of Freeway 85 and Freeway 17. Arriving officers discovered a 2006 Lexus on Oka Street and a driver, recognized by authorities as a 65-year-old man from San Jose, affected by deadly accidents.
