(KRON) — Two cases of gunfire in Berkeley on Thursday morning are beneath investigation by the Berkeley Police Division. Authorities haven’t but decided if the 2 shootings are associated.
Police first responded to a report of gunfire simply after midnight on the 3100 block of Ellis Avenue. Officers didn’t find any victims or suspects, authorities mentioned, and it was later decided that the taking pictures occurred a couple of block away within the space of Woolsey and Harper streets.

Extra experiences of gunfire got here at 9:50 a.m. on Adeline Avenue, south of Fairview Avenue, in accordance with Berkeley PD. Witnesses informed officers that they noticed a person with a face overlaying and darkish clothes operating away from the scene after the taking pictures. No victims have been situated.
The police division mentioned that each shootings stay beneath investigation.
