(KRON) – The Vacaville Police Division arrested a person who gave his relative’s identification to officers in an arrest, the division introduced on its social media.  

Two Vacaville residents approached cops patrolling the Nut Tree Plaza on the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec. 4. The residents knowledgeable officers {that a} man was stealing objects in an Ulta retailer by stuffing his pockets with merchandise. The 2 additionally gave police an outline of the suspected thief.  

Officers responded to the Ulta and seen the suspect leaving the shop. Vacaville PD stated a retailer worker knowledgeable officers that the suspect tried to steal objects, however staff retrieved the merchandise from the suspect.

Man arrested in connection to UnitedHealthcare CEO taking pictures has ties to SF

Police searched the suspect, later recognized as 32-year-old Jesse Carl Robinson, and located narcotics and drug paraphernalia in his pockets. He was subsequently arrested. Initially, police stated, Robinson stated he didn’t have any identification on him and gave the officers a false identification. It was later found that Robinson gave a member of the family’s identify to officers, in accordance with Vacaville PD. 

Police had been capable of establish Robinson by his fingerprints, which additionally uncovered his three excellent warrants. 

Robinson had two misdemeanors associated to theft and one other was a felony warrant for housebreaking and grand theft that totaled greater than $60,000 in bail, in accordance with Vacaville PD.

Robinson was booked into the Solano County Jail for a number of expenses, together with his three warrants and a felony cost of false impersonation.
