Witnesses sought in Walnut Creek hit-and-run that injured juvenile on bicycle

(KRON) — The Walnut Creek Police Division is on the lookout for any witnesses to a Friday morning hit-and-run collision that injured a juvenile using his bicycle.

Piedmont Cybertruck crash driver was driving at ‘high rate of speed,’ beneath the affect, mentioned CHP

Walnut Creek PD mentioned the incident occurred at 7:50 a.m. when the sufferer was using eastbound within the space of Geary Street and Buena Vista Avenue.

Police mentioned the suspected automobile made a proper flip onto Buena Vista Avenue, hitting the sufferer within the bike lane and knocking him to the bottom.

Police mentioned the automotive didn’t cease and was final seen heading southbound on Buena Vista Avenue. The sufferer suffered minor accidents and was taken to a close-by hospital.

Police mentioned the sufferer is a white boy with blonde hair who was carrying a grey helmet, gentle grey sweatshirt, black pants, and using a brown coloured bicycle. There was no description offered for the wished automobile or its driver.
