SAN MATEO, Calif. (KRON) – Elements of a preferred mall on the Peninsula may endure a significant redevelopment. Homeowners of Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo have submitted a plan to town to show part of the procuring heart into residential housing, workplace area and a bit of latest retail area.
